Laura Conigliaro

Laura Conigliaro spent 15 years in leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including serving as co-director of the firm’s Americas Equity Research and Technology Equity Research units before retiring as a partner in 2011. While at Goldman Sachs, she also served on the Compensation Policy Committee and the Americas Diversity Committee.

From 1979 to 1996, Laura worked as an equity analyst at Prudential Securities, where she specialized in the computer industry.

Laura is a former member of the boards of directors at Dell Inc., Infoblox Inc., Arista Networks, and the non-profit organization Bottomless Closet. Laura also is involved with various non-profit organizations focusing on veterans.

Given her financial management expertise, Laura plays a key role on Genpact’s Audit Committee.
